The world's ugliest statues

When bad art and bad politics meet. Eleven photo's of rather grotesque statues can be found on Foreign Policy. My 2 favorites:

The first one is truely extremely ugly. It shows Peter the Great at Moskva River and it is hard to imagine that no one not even someone from Chechenia (out of pity) blew up this thing.

The second one I like because it makes me so much think of epic movies like 'Conan the Barbarian'. And indeed it is Genghis Khan overlooking the great Mongolian steppes.
